La Lièvre Et La Tortue welcomes you to their establishment. You can even enjoy the sunlight on their terrace. Payments by Interac, MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
Although basically a tea room, this newcomer on 3rd Avenue in Limoilou also serves coffee. But not just any coffee – they bring in their beans from Cantook. You can savour it while knitting, with a scone, in its very cocoon-like atmosphere.
3rd Avenue in Limoilou is proud to have witnessed the rise of the first English-style tea shop in town (which is not foremost an actual "shop" per se). It serves sweet and savoury scones, as well as cakes and pies that accompany a selection of traditional “4 o’clock” teas.
This café/shop is the ideal place to visit for a coffee or tea as well as a delicious dessert. The atmosphere is calm and the vintage-style decor is superb. The raspberry tart is exquisite and, like everything here, is served with very cute cutlery.
